– The salon staff will be available by appointment only. Kindly make sure to book your appointment prior to your visit to our salon.
– Inquiries prior to your appointment are accepted via “Appointment/Inquiries” form.
– Credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/ AMEX/UnionPay) are accepted. Cash: JPY only.
– Cancellation/rescheduling requests of your appointment must be made no later than 20:00 of one day prior to the original appointment date. 50% session price will be incurred for such requests made after 20:00. 100% of requested session price will be incurred for no-shows.
– The salon may not be able to meet your requests to change your appointment time on the session day.
– The salon staff may contact you by phone to confirm your appointment request and details.
– The salon staff are all Japanese. VoiceTra(R) may be used to better communicate with our clients from overseas.
– Please refrain from talking loud in the salon. Kindly the silent mode on your mobile phone as there may be other clients obtaining their sessions.
– If you would like to have your session accompanied by your children under 6, kindly consult the salon staff when you book your appointment.
– Pets are not allowed in the salon.
